"When I first came to Toronto 15 years ago, I thought, if I want to survive here, I need real skills."
That's how I found myself in a nail salon. And I never left. Along the way I earned my MBA, studied Digital Marketing at York University, and worked in marketing and student services, while still spending every weekend at the salon, doing what I love.
Now I run Gia's Beauty Lounge in North York, where I personally provide every service: gel nails, facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions and lifts. Every client gets me, not a rotation of staff.
Clients often tell me my facials and lymphatic massages feel "so relaxing," and that my hands have just the right touch. I only use quality products, and I genuinely love hearing: "How can you give all this for that price?"
To me, this lounge is more than a place for treatments. It's a space where you can pause, focus on yourself, and leave feeling renewed. Over the years, many of my clients have become friends, and their trust keeps me going.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust the schedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee.
All appointments must be booked in advance via the website, SNS message, text, phone, or email. Your booking will be reviewed and a confirmation will be sent once your time slot is finalized.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Please ensure you have your preferred payment method available at your appointment.
Your health and safety are our top priority. All tools and equipment are sanitized and disinfected to industry standards after every use. If you have any health concerns or allergies, please let us know before your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late reduces the time available for your service and may affect the quality of your treatment. Out of respect for all clients, please do not arrive more than a few minutes early, as the previous appointment may still be in progress.
If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be automatically cancelled to keep the schedule on track for all clients.
We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you have any concerns or feedback, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will address them promptly. Your experience matters to us.
